When will I receive my package?
Orders placed on business days before 11:59 PM will be delivered the next day.
What are the shipping charges?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge no shipping costs.
What is the return policy?
At Siltcon, you can easily return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, and then you have another 14 days to return the item. Once the return is received and inspected, the full order amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Do I have a warranty?
Yes. All Siltcon products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects under normal use. If something goes wrong within this period, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?
If there is something wrong with your order, please feel free to send us an email. We strive to provide a suitable solution within 24 hours. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Are our products safe?
Certainly. We only offer products of high quality, bearing the CE mark, which guarantees that they comply with the strict regulations within the European Economic Area. Moreover, all our products come with test certificates to ensure optimal reliability.
I would like to receive a VAT invoice or an intra-community invoice (Belgian customers)
A VAT invoice is always sent to the provided email address after the order is placed. Are there any details missing on the invoice? Please contact us at sales@siltcon.nl Belgian customers who need an intra-community invoice can place their order by email using the same address.
Is it possible to purchase large quantities?
Absolutely! At Siltcon, it is possible to order our products in bulk, ideal for business customers or specific projects. Depending on the volume, we can offer customized prices or terms. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
