When will I receive my package?
We strive to deliver all orders placed before 11:00 PM the next day.
What are the shipping costs?
With us you do not pay shipping costs above 20 euros!
What is the return policy?
Because customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we have a generous 14-day returns policy. Displeased? Then you can return the ordered item within 14 days.
What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?
If there is something wrong with your order, please send us an email. We aim to provide a suitable solution within 24 hours. We are available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Are our products safe?
We only offer top quality products for sale. Our products carry the CE mark, which indicates that they comply with the regulations of the European Economic Area. In addition, all products are provided with test certificates.
I would like to receive a VAT invoice.
A VAT invoice is always sent to the customer's email address after the order. Is data missing? Then send us an email.
Is it possible to purchase large quantities?
Absolute! At Siltcon we offer the option to buy our products in bulk - perfect for corporate customers or specific projects. Depending on the quantity ordered, we may apply special prices or conditions. Contact us for the possibilities.
