Return Policy

Returns
Are you not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it? No problem, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including labels, and in the original packaging.

How does the return process work?

1. Pack the item undamaged in the original packaging.
2. Purchase a shipping label through a carrier such as DHL or PostNL.
3. Send the package to the address below (note: this is not a drop-off point):

5. Return the package within 30 days via a shipping point near you.

Important information:

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• You are responsible for the shipment and delivery to us. Therefore, always keep the shipping receipt of your shipment.
• Clearly include your name, address, and order number in the return shipment. Without this information, we cannot process the return.
• If the product or packaging is damaged due to careless handling, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee.

Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty on your purchase. If a product becomes defective within this period, you can make use of the warranty. Send a photo of the defective product to customer service@siltcon.nl, so we can assess the issue.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded. However, the return shipping costs from your address to our location are your responsibility.
