Returns

Are you not satisfied with your purchase and would you like to return it? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Keep an eye on; We would like to receive the item back to us in its original condition (incl. labels) & packaging.

How does the return process work?

1. Pack the items (undamaged) in the original packaging.
2. Purchase a shipping label on the website of, for example, DHL or PostNL.
3. Send the product to the following address, (not a parcel point!)

4. Return the package within 14 days via a shipping point near you.
   
   

Important information

• The costs for returning your order are at your own expense.
• You are responsible for shipping and delivery to us. Therefore, always keep the proof of shipment with which the package is sent.
• Clearly indicate your name, address and order number in the box of your return shipment (without information we cannot link your return shipment and refund your purchase price).
• The product must be returned in its undamaged and original packaging. (labels are also included). Please ship the packaging with care.
  
  

Guarantee

With us you have a two-year warranty on your purchase. If the product breaks in the meantime and you want to make use of the warranty, please send us a photo of the product where it clearly shows that the product does not comply. The product must be registered with us for this.
