Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@siltcon.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur by clicking here.
Since February 15, 2016, it has also been possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found here. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint through the European Union’s platform.
