When will I receive my package?
We aim to deliver all orders placed before 11:59 PM the next day.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is always free .
What is the return policy?
At Siltcon, you can easily return your order within 30 days of receipt if you're not satisfied. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, and then have another 14 days to return the item. Once the return is received and inspected, you'll be refunded the full order amount (including shipping costs). Please note: you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Do I have a warranty?
Yes. All Siltcon products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Should anything go wrong within this period, we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
Is it possible to purchase large quantities?
