Delivery time

If you order before 11:00 PM from Monday to Thursday, the order will be delivered the next day.

If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (before 9:00 PM), the order will be delivered on Monday.

Track and Trace

After placing an order with us, you will receive an email from us containing the track and trace of your order. You will also receive an email from us as soon as something happens with the track and trace.

What happens when you are not at home

The courier will try to deliver your package to the neighbors, if this does not work, they will take the package back and try again the next day. If that doesn't work, your package will be left at the parcel point nearest to you, you will receive an email from us about this.
