At Siltcon, we ship all orders free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery time
- Orders placed on weekdays before 11:59 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to follow your package. You will also be kept informed by email about updates regarding the shipment.
What happens if you are not at home?
If you are not at home, the courier will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be taken back and a new delivery attempt will be made the next day. If this also fails, the package will be delivered to the nearest parcel point. You will receive an email with further instructions.
