NB: Are you using a Windows laptop? Check whether the USB-C connection on your Windows laptop supports "DP Alt mode". This is important to send a video signal through the USB-C port. Please note that all adapters and hubs with HDMI require this feature for optimal performance.

NB: It is only possible to connect 2 screens with Windows. Apple only supports mirror mode, where both screens show the same thing.
