Frequently asked questions
Does it work with my phone?
Yes. If you have an iPhone with a Lightning port, you use the built-in Lightning cable. For an iPhone 15 or newer and for Android phones you use the built-in USB-C cable.
Other devices, such as a tablet or earbuds, you connect to the USB-A or USB-C port with their own cable.
Can I charge several devices at once?
Yes, up to 5 at once. Through the two built-in cables and the ports you charge your phone, your earbuds and your watch in one go.
How do I charge the power bank itself?
Through the USB-C or the micro-USB port. Because it holds 30,000 mAh, that takes longer than charging a phone.
Use an adapter of 18 W or more for the fastest charge. Charging it overnight works well, then it is full again in the morning.
Can I take it on a plane?
No. Power banks above 27,000 mAh are not allowed on a plane, and this one holds 30,000 mAh. Take a smaller power bank for air travel.
Is it waterproof?
No. Keep it dry and put it in your bag or coat pocket when it rains.
What if it is not for me?
You can try it for 30 days. If it is not what you wanted, send it back and you get your money back, even if you have already used it.
After that you have a two year warranty. If something goes wrong through a manufacturing fault, we repair or replace it free of charge.
