Yes. You connect your phone to one of the four ports with your own cable. In the box there is a cable from USB-A to USB-C, so for an Android phone or an iPhone 15 or newer you can start straight away.
If you have an iPhone with a Lightning port, use your own Lightning cable in one of the USB-A ports.
How many times does it charge my phone?
Up to 7 times. Exactly how often depends on your device: a small phone goes more often than a large one with a heavy battery.
Can I charge several devices at once?
Yes, up to 4 at once. There are two USB-A ports, one USB-C port and one micro-USB port. With several devices connected the power bank splits the power, so charging goes a little slower.
How do I charge the power bank itself?
Through the USB-C or the micro-USB port. Because it holds 30,000 mAh, that takes longer than charging a phone.
Use an adapter of 18 W or more for the fastest charge. Charging it overnight works well, then it is full again in the morning.
Can I take it on a plane?
No. Power banks above 27,000 mAh are not allowed on a plane, and this one holds 30,000 mAh. Take a smaller power bank for air travel.
What if it is not for me?
You can try it for 30 days. If it is not what you wanted, send it back and you get your money back, even if you have already used it.
After that you have a two year warranty. If something goes wrong through a manufacturing fault, we repair or replace it free of charge.
