What is covered under warranty?
- Our 2-year warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material and construction errors
- Defects that arise during normal and careful use
- Products that do not function properly within the warranty period
If a product becomes defective within this period, we will provide a suitable solution, such as:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with a new or equivalent product
- Refund when repair or replacement is not possible
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage due to incorrect or careless use
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to falls, bumps or accidents
- Damage caused by external factors such as water, fire or extreme conditions
- Products that have been opened, modified or repaired by third parties
How do you file a warranty claim?
Do you have a problem with your product? We'll be happy to help you as quickly as possible.
To do this, follow the steps below:

- Please state your order number, describe the problem and add photos if possible. or add video.
- Our team will review your request and typically respond within 24–48 hours.
- After approval, you will receive instructions for further processing, such as return or replacement.
Proof of purchase
To process a warranty claim, we require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice.
