At Siltcon, we stand for the quality of our products. That’s why you receive a standard 2-year warranty on all our items. We believe it’s important that you can enjoy your purchase worry-free and we are happy to help if something unexpectedly goes wrong.
What is covered by the warranty?
- Our 2-year warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material and construction defects
- Defects that occur during normal and careful use
- Products that do not function properly within the warranty period
When a product becomes defective within this period, we provide an appropriate solution, such as:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with a new or equivalent product
- Refund when repair or replacement is not possible
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by incorrect or careless use
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
- Damage caused by external factors such as water, fire, or extreme conditions
- Products opened, modified, or repaired by third parties
How to submit a warranty claim?
Do you have a problem with your product? We are happy to help you as quickly as possible.
Follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service via klantenservice@siltcon.nl
- Include your order number, describe the problem, and if possible, add photos or add video.
- Our team reviews your request and usually responds within 24–48 hours.
- After approval, you will receive instructions for further handling, such as returning or replacement.
Proof of purchase
To process a warranty claim, we ask for proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice.
